Feeder club for Arsenal

The Arsenal board gave me free pickings to find a feeder club to secure youth players from other clubs.

I figured I should search for a team with great youth recruitment and an excellent youth facility.

What would my best options be?

dont make the mistake of choosing someone like Santos or Sao Paulo as a lot of the time the board cannot come to an agreement and you lose out for another like 6 months requesting one...

it all depends on what you want the feeder club for, is it just for great youngsters, youngsters and scouting knowledge, WP, commercial?

I would suggest doing a little research for the Brazillian clubs and see who produces on average better quality regens. The best (which are not hard to get) are Fluminese, Botafogo, Gremio, Cruzeiro...
