Feeder Club Problem

I know its only the demo so may be slightly different when the full game is realised but I'm currently managing Gillingham and have just had Dartford appointed as my feeder club. I suggested them to the board thinking my younger first team players would want to go there on loan. I have suggested to 5 of them about going out on loan and not one of them is willing to. Could this be because they (Dartford) do not a high enough reputation and my players think they are "better than that level" or could it be just a glitch in the demo?

i'm currently playing with Dartford and after 2 consecutive promotions (now playing in L2), players (from feeding club) still don't want to be loaned in my team !!!

1) "in what" division your feeder play (can we say "in what" in english? lol )
2) What is its reputation (mine just became "local" 2 weeks ago (!))...
3) Also maybe the reputation of your players and their age.
