Feeder Club Question URGENT!

When the chairman asks if i could pick a feeder club, i want to pick southampton but not sure how to do it? or is it luck?

You can't pick, but you can suggest. Just right click on club name, and there should be something like 'pick as feeder club'. Is it luck ? No, there's some factors that influence do they need you as parent club. However, you can't do much about those factors. You can only win stuff to increase your reputation.
