Anyone ever had any success with this feeder club option, im thinking of giving it a go if its worth it.

Depends on your own clubs facilities. If you already have decent youth facilities and a youth academy, the board is unlikely to buy into your suggestion.

sorry, i meen do people often get any good youngsters from these clubs? or is it a waste of time?

unless your using genie scout or something like that so you can see the players PA, finding and signing young players from small clubs (like in real life) is a gamble. Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott both came from Southampton. Who is to say there is not another world class player hidden in them somewhere.

It all really depends on what kind of a manager you are. Do you sign experienced players, or nurture your own talent? When I play my Liverpool saves, I'm constantly trying to find local talent and develop an all Liverpool starting XI. All depends on what you find more enjoyable.
