Feeder clubs

So, I'm playing as the Chicago Fire. I want to find a feeder club for my team for obvious reasons. I go through the motions with my board and find a club somewhere in Central America. Right now I can't recall where. I select them and confirm it with my board. It isn't until several weeks later that they tell me that they weren't able to work out a deal with the club. I look at the club and I find that they entered an agreement with a different club to serve as their feeder two weeks before the board told me what happened. I'm already pretty angry about that, but when I go to talk to my board about trying again (nevermind the fact that limiting me to negotiating with only one selection for a possible feeder club is ridiculous) I can't even select the option to talk about a feeder club again.

What the **** is going on?

Someone correct me if im wrong but I think you can only ask for a feeder/parent club every 6 months

ive been allowed to select my own due to me being there a while, selected a club then hear nothing.

what do u do? wait to hear back from the club youve selected?
