Feeder Teams?

Hi, Im managing Barcelona and I want to set up a link between me and Charlton so I can loan them my players. Is it possible or do the board make recommendations and I have to pick the ones the provide? Cheers

if your managing for long enough and well enough you can pick but usually the board gives you a choice of 2-4 teams to pick until then
