feirense - free players with minimal wage

i'm playing a save with feirense in the portuguese second division and i'm finding myself a little short on talent now i've got some injuries. i'm looking for probably a decent cm/dm and a striker.......the catch is i only have £133 wage budget so if it's someone on a youth contract that would be better, any suggestions?

Get a parent club so that you can get players loaned in without having to pay wages.

yeah my board decided the financial benefits wouldn't be enough so they wouldn't....in the portuguese premier division now though so it's an even tougher challenge coming up!
