Fellaini Replacement!

I'm in my first season with Everton, only a few months in an Fellaini is causing all sorts of problems.
So basically, I've decided that I'm going to sell him in January.
Problem is, I'm going to need a replacement.
My ethos at the club is to buy relatively young european players and build them into excellent players.

Anyone know of any ball winning midfielders who fall into this category?

Probably going to have around 18 million to spend.

I would go for Diame (3.5m) meaning you can splash the rest on some promising youngsters or whatever you like.

If you want to go the youngster route then you could go for:

Romulo
Joel Obi
Asier Illarramendi
Koke
Jadson(Botafogo)
Fernando(Gremio)
Lucas Romero

Might go for one of the cheaper options and invest in the rest of the squad like Clince said.
