Female gamer addicted to Football manger

Hi,

I am new to this site been playing football manager since 2011 game most successful game for me was 2013. I am looking for some new tips and advice, the way I like to start each of the football manager games is to take on a club in the conference and work my way up most successful career was on 2013 where I took Mansfield Town to the championship then went on to manage Roma, Norwich and Real Madrid.
