Does it mean that no other leagues can be loaded? & What happens with youth intake? Are they as normal for each club? Not all British because the leagues are based there?

It means there is no need to load other leagues, there are 20 leagues and all the teams play in the world united kingdom. To clarify, A Brazilian club or French (whatever) are still Brazilian/French and the games are still played in the Brazilian/French Stadiums but they are part of the World United Kingdom League. Essentially they are playing in the UK league but they remain Brazilians and French and therefore regens are all Brazilian /French/Portuguese (Whatever) e.g. been managing Benfica, first intake golden generation 5 players 3 5 stars & 2 4 stars, all Portuguese.

Removed. There are still National Teams but they only play friendlies. - I withdraw all players from Friendlies and they never complain

My game keeps loading all the 300k+ players in the game and makes it quite slow. Am I the only one with the issue?

If you load 19 divisions instead of 20, the amount of players are reduced.
