Rumors surrounding Sir Alexs future!​

There are stories coming out of Old Trafford today, that Sir Alex Ferguson is unhappy with the Glazers. Sir Alex feels that the glazers are trying to gain influence over the team. " im the boss" says Sir Alex.​

After hearing the stories this morning the Glazers called an emergency meeting with Sir Alex to try an sort out any issues. It seems there are big problems between both parties.​

A sad day for United​

After a long and intense meeting, it all ended in tears for United fans as their favourite ended up walking away from the club after 23 sucsessful years on the job. The Glazers are said to be left speechless.​

A search for a new man begins!!​

After yesterdays events Chairnan David Gill is said to be distraught after losing Sir Alex who was also a close friend of his. " It was a tough day yesterday, an im very sad that United and Sir Alex have had to go thier seperate ways. We must now look to the future and hope we can find somebody that can emulate Sir Alex's sucsess."​

Someone supposedly in line for the job is youth academy coach Gareth Hendry. The Glazers are said to like the the way he thinks and deals with the young players at the club and hoping that he could make the transition to the first team.​

Having heard the news that he could be in line for the job Gareth Hendry has gone on record as being ecstatic. " Id be lying if i said i wasnt delighted to be getting talked about in a first team role" Gareth said.​

United get their man!!​

After almost a week since Sir alex walked away from the club, United have waisted no time in finding a replacement. After countless applicants and interviews they believe they have found the right man for the job.​

Hendry unvieled as new United manager​

Today Man United have announced that youth team coach Gareth Hendry is to be the first teams new manager. " This is a dream come true for me, im a life long Utd fan an cant wait to get stuck into the job."​

Straight to work for Hendry.​

With just over a month to his first competitive game for United, it was striaght down to business for the new man. when asked about the squad he inherited from previous manager Sir Alex, he responded " the squad here is already one of the best in the league and im very lucky, ive also been given a massive tranfer budjet so im going to look at bringing in some new faces."​

New faces at Old Trafford​

New United boss Hendry has been busy in the transfer market with lots of new faces joining the club an a few shown the door at OT. Arguably Utd's biggest signing is striker Edin Dzeko who comes in from Wolfsburg for a fee of around £24 million. Hendry hopes that Dzeko can be a instant impact at Old Trafford.​

Time for business.​

With pre-season out of the way, its time to take things a little more serious. hendry's next game is the Charity Shield against rivals Chelsea at wembley.​

Dissapointment for United​

The new era at United didnt get the start it wanted today as they went down 2-0 against chelsea. Goals from Drogba and Suarez saw to it that Hendry and his men didnt get there hands on their first trophy just yet.​

Its not a great way to start my career at Utd we didnt play very well today and were punished by Chelsea.​

Blow for United and England​

Man Utd were dealt a massive blow today as scans revealed that striker Wayne Rooney has suffered a serious injury. Rooney has strained his knee ligaments and could be out for upto 8 weeks. This is a blow to Hendry and his team as wayne is vital part of this football club.​

Two errors from goalkeeper Tomas Kuszczak cost Man Utd dearly today. Utd dominated the game from start to finish but couldnt make the breakthrough and Sunderland made them pay.​
