I've tried signing him on 11.3 but he has no interest in signing for Newcastle yet

I bought him three seasons into the game with my Bristol City side, a steal at £2.8m! Quality ball winning midfield playing in the centre of midfield, also good as an anchor man or defensive midfielder. Pair him next to a forward thinking player in midfield and they'll develop into quite the partnership.
