Mate, VM him. If you VM him and get no reply, then you will get the win. But don't VM him once and just wait. Keep chasing it, would prefer if all the matches were played rather than get a few 'won' by default.

Scroll down, and under the images is the download link. On the Excel file, in the first tab, change the number of teams in the top left to 16 and write in the fixtures in the third tab.
