FIFA 12 Glitches & Problems

I've noticed many people say this FIFA is full of many bugs, glitches, problems or whatever you want to call them. And I've seen a few, but not as many as people make out, anyone had any experience of any problems within the game?

I've actually just played a game, and this happened.. Keep an eye on there Striker.
