It's a patch with all 52 UEFA leagues and all 10 CONMEBOL leagues as well as some best of in the Asian, African, and Oceania leagues. There were some errors in the database, and they posted an updated database on somewhere around page 20. They're also making a CONCACAF patch as well as one for the J-league, and the former should be done around now (and they will release an updated CEP with the CONCACAF leagues).
