Download the file, then put it into \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\editor data
 
are you able to get in the champs league or not?
 
Nice one Frankie. Have you seen the news today that Dubai is nearly bankrupt. Might have to move your league to Abu Dabi.
 
Not at the moment I believe, something I will look into for the next patch

Are the regens going to come from UAE

If this isn't working for some, you need patch 10.1 if you dont have it.
