file in moderation que?

the question in the title!. i recently uploaded a tactic based on barcelona ( i know like there isnt enough right?) mentality and their teamwork philosophy, and it says its in moderation que or somthink like that what does this mean and will my tactic but put on the site. can anyone help. so here's the awaited for barca tactic that evolves around the mentality of the team, close football team pressing and great movement and goals!. you will notice on downloading this tactic that i play wide but set focus passing through the middle. this is beacause the full backs are providing the width and play almost like dummy's in some cases stretching the defence and leaving the spaces to be exploited by the creative players it does work this is not another barca flop tactic. thanks and do post opinions on it
