After many failed attempts, and saves quit, I've finally tasted some success with FM14, and what a difference it makes!! Two weeks ago I was growing a serious hatred towards the new edition, convinced SI had ruined my beloved pastime, and my time was starting to switch over to my much underused Xbox. But after a season of success with little Burton Albion I'm starting to see the beauty of this new version the SI boys have given to us. Using a pretty simple 4-2-3-1 I romped to the Lge2 title, won the JPT on pens and ran Arsenal very close at the Emirates in the 3rd round of the FAC. This has left me looking deeper into the game, taking more interest in how I'm running the club from finances to training to scouting to youth development. Just wanted to say my little piece to try and encourage any others out there who are still struggling to stick with it ... this game is a gem, you just to crack the nut open first!!!!
