[h=2]Finances: Balance and transfer budget[/h]
Hi, I'm using the editor to update my FM database as the transfer window develops.
I'm not sure though how a club's finances Balance and transfer budget work individually and collectively.
For example if Team A signs a player from Team B should I increase Team B's and reduce Team A's:
* Balance only, or
* Transfer budget only, or
* Both Balance and Transfer budget.
I appreciate there's an option for transfer fee in future transfer but I want to make sure the transfers go through and don't get rejected due to insufficient transfer budget. So I want to do all the transfers as free and manually adjust the finances of the clubs involved accordingly.
