Probably a stupid question but I can adjust transfer budget etc via Editor but cant seem to change financial balance of a club. Anybody let me know how to do it?
There is an option just above the transfer budget option. It is linked to reputation so if you try to give a tiny club 100million it wont work. You have to either raise that clubs reputation or create a future transfer where a rich club buys one of your players for a large fee.
