Hi quick question about finances!!

Is the game made to stop you gaining extreme wealth with a certain club?

Last year I was losing roughly 1.5mil a month

this year I sold 4 players for 120mil and had about 15mil in the bank so a total of 135mil

I havent signed anyone and my wage bill has been reduced by about 200k p/w but now i am losing about 6-8mil a month. about 5 mil of it is non footballing costs?

I am not developing a stadium or facilities so i just want to know how this works?

Well, I haven't experienced that actually. But maybe the clubs have debts that needed to pay and the board decided to pay it using your transfer budget. I actually got no idea, but spend the money fast before they used more of your transfer budget
