Can someone please tell me why the board is blocking me from adjusting the wage budget? It's been like this since I renewed some contracts, I understand why it can't be changed during that time but shouldn't it unlock afterwards?

Or is there another reason?

Do you have any contract offers that have not yet been completed? Sometimes if you are over-budget it will freeze your ability to shift money around. Looks like you are £1M in the red, so taking money out of your wage budget and "freeing" it for transfers would put you even further in the red.

FFP forecast is good. I don't have any contract negotiations outstanding but I do have 1 transfer arranged for the future, however that have been setup since the beginning of the season and I've only had this issue since Jan.

Have you recently shifted your transfer kitty to your wage budget? Also did your board say "they have the right to budget adjustment" or whatever it says, cant fully remember
