Anyone enduring pain and grief when this happens.



i mean, i dont really like this, but i think its a problem , and im admitting defeat to even fighting over the board for improvements and funds. it been happen continuously for the last 5-8 years, at least once a year or 2, so 3-5 in total, in every transfer window. my budget shrinks like sh*t to 1m :(

any help to bring my team out of [near] administration.

this is my current finances.



atm, im thinking of getting in 1-2 players, but its really not a must since i relying on my youth to help things out.

A couple of years of slowly getting better, then gets pointy in 2026 (spent on what there?) and you're now where you where 2 years beforehand...
Do have a pending sponsorship deal to be done, then the kit deal the following year.
Where are you hemorraging monies mostly? Can you cut it down? Can you punt a player or two for big bucks and have faith in youths?

well i had to buy players around tht time, and contract renewals is crazy, high wages :$
 
"crazy high wages" says it all really. you'll be surprised how much money you spend when negotiating new contracts. set a maximum wage and if they say no, sell them.

as above mentioned, your best getting rid of those on high wages and bring in a few free or cheap transfers
 
Don't buy players in installments, start winning trophies and offer high agent and signing on fees instead of high wages
 
Think you've basically shot yourself in the foot, several times. It was bound to happen and now that it has, it's rather unsurprising.
 
well barca has been hunt down on my Best midfielders, and im also currently in a trophy drought situation, 4 years already. my last final cup natch wass against man city in the CC final. got raped 5-0. epic shame.

i was think of using a suger daddy untill my debts fly off, but which one should i use.
 
Could you upload your save ? I think clearing this debt would be challenge :)

heres the save game.
i was in short of LW, so i had to Fmrte (im Sry, but i had too) my budget to like another 20m, and the deal is done (he's a mexican regen btw).

currently a few teams are being interested in sign some of my players, but its like 1 week left to the end of the window, and im also in a good run of game recnelt, now 1 point away from get 1st place by end of January.

as for my salary, im earnig 110k p/w. ends at 2029
 
Just gonna have to balance the books my friend.
Work out your core team (generally the spine and a proven goalscorer, so 2 CBs and CMs + ST & GK) and no more than 2 more quality players, then developemental kids for the rest, or solid, sturdy players that be cheaper on the upkeep.

The rest, sell, but try to sell well.

OR

Offload the walking paypackets and replace them with simpletons that do a job.

Eitherway, you need to paint a line in the Kikuyu of how much you can actually afford per year on wages & bonuses and anyone who feels they deserve to be over it can either be around until their value is recouped in sale, or their backup is exceptionally cheaper.
 
How the **** did you do that? You're spending 270 MILLION pounds a year on wages alone! And you're even getting in 50M a year on sponsorhip. You should be able to break even in 5 years at most. You should try an LLM game, makes you think a lot better about the money.

This. I have Newcastle operating at a profit after only 5 years, simply by this way of thinking. I check anyones CA in a program before offering them 80k a week+, and anyone playing hard ball gets sold (also boosting finances) and replaced by a 17 year old regen (H)
 
I've just downloaded your save to have a look at your finances and your spending £54,060,868 on staff wages alone. That might be a good place to start. Do you really need 17 scouts when in that much debt?

In 26 years you've spent £1.12B on 137 players! that is a lot!

lol !!!!.

i have scouts for competitions (epl, CL, EL, World cup, Euro cup and Copa America mainly), loanees, and general monthly reports from all Europe and south America.

i recently won th CC agaisnt Everton, now focusing more in winng all others, CL, EPL, and FA. should do the trick, and some players will be retiering too, like Pastore, and Neymar by next season, though i only play him like 15 times a season now.
i will try to stay limited in the summer window, and also make some cut in my reserve team ad U18. might have like 5 away matches, and 2 home game friendlies too.


but where do i earn more, home games for away games for pre season friendlies
 
This is the worst file I've seen in my life. It takes some ability to mess up finances THAT much. XD

You're beyond help. It's like you have a black hole in the bank.

Cut a lot of your staff, the high paid ones. Get rid of players who aren't necessary and are on high wages and replace them with young talent.
