I'm being serious here now when I say that this is a truly horrific file. I loaded it up thinking 'Yeah this shouldn't be TOO hard, I'll just cut out the excess and the finances will right themselves.'

I was far too optimistic.

All the ridiculous sums you're spending just go on and on. Here's a short list of the problems in the squad alone:

An ageing Maxime Tison is being paid 100k p/w, even though he is your third best keeper.
Speaking of keepers, Sabatino is being paid 170k p/w, even though he's only slightly better than Fidan.
Yasin Wegener, a relatively average centre-back, is on 155k p/w, even though he's 30.
A rubbish 33 year old Jack Rodwell not only holds down a starting spot, but is also on 91k p/w.
Two RWers, both of similar ability, both on over 80k. Why?
Why is Paredes on 58k?
You have about 4 or 5 CMs of relatively similar abilities, all of them on high wages. There are only 2 spots. Why so many?
Likewise, 7 forwards, 1 spot. Why?
A 34 year old Neymar on 120k p/w.

Staff. What the **** are you doing with staff. You've got NINETEEN COACHES ALONE, and yet you can only manage five 3.5 star ratings and four 4 star ratings. That's insane, especially when you take into account the ridiculous wages you're paying out. £4 million on staff a month? Utterly insane. Why so many ****** scouts too?! It's pointless! You'd need to sack half of all your staff, AT LEAST.

5.ill gratentie u that one (or two) of the 4 cms (oliver, martins, cem, manuel [injured] ) will leave in the next window. since manuel molinois is out for the whole season, and is my main top player. so is cem and resurgin oliver. martin is also good , but has been constanly hunted down by his previous loan club Lyon. he will go. i exclude Plaza from this list since he is better of a DM alone. thats his spot.

6. ill cut down some staffs members, and a bit of the scouts too.

i ALREADY told what are my plans, as i post a few pages back. i'll even fire coaches cesc, rosicky, arshavin , and even my favorite ***.man steve round if i have to get rid of those horrify debt even after selling the 'OLD LADIES' and the 'obese youngsters'.


i only started play by fm09, and i barely knew a thing, and the only wonder kid i know was walcott and vela. i barely even played fm10, since i only mange upto 4 seasons and delete. only this year, 2011, i have a bigger picture of how the game really is.


sigh....... BAN ME if anyone wants.

ill be better off studying and concentrating in my subjects and get into university by the end.

Mate, all you can do is flog your entire squad and replace it with younger cheaper talent. Your shedding over 20M a month on wages. No matter how good your team is you shouldnt spend more than 7-8M a month on wages.
Im currently raping pretty much any team with a squad that only cost 800k per week in wages.

For future reference, when a player gets to 29-30 cash in on them and sell them and replace them with younger talent. It cant be justified giving a group of geriatrics 150k a week and some...
To get you out of this mess follow a strict wage budget like this:
Key player(3 max) 80k 240k
First team (4 max) 60k 240k
Rotation(6 max) 50k 300k
Backup(5 max) 25k 125k
Hot prospect(10 or more) 15k max 150k

Total of 1.15M per week on players
Trim your staff a bit as you dont need so many and get rid of the more expensive ones. I wouldnt spend more than 200k a week on staff.
You shouldnt need more than the following:
1 assistant, 2 first team coaches, 5 coaches, 5 youth coaches, 6 scouts and 2 physios.

Follow these guidelines and you will slowly begin making profits every month and reduce your debt

Thing is, I tried that on the file you uploaded. The board won't accept the termination packets of most of them, hence why I recommended ditching the file.

Trust me when I say that FM and getting into University are not mutually exclusive. I know from experience.

currently a few teams are being interested in sign some of my players, but its like 1 week left to the end of the window, and im also in a good run of game recnelt, now 1 point away from get 1st place by end of January.

I never make my own wages go above 25k. i always negotiate the lowest possible. if they were 25k instead of 110k you would save 4.4M a season. Its only a small amount but that could pay a key players wage for over a year. Dont think you can reduce your own wage but keep it in mind for future games.
