finding Dual citizenship youth players?

I am coaching the Italian national team and would like to find young players with dual citizenship who could be eligible to play for Italy because they have yet to commit to a national team. Is there an easy way for me to find these players?

Custom View -> Second nationality and check pretty much every club in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, as they often have players with dual nationality.

and about half the san marinese players will be dualed with italy, although that's probably not much help as i doubt they will be up to the required standard.
