Finding the talents?

The last couple of years, me and a couple of my mates have been playing a network game.. and theres always THAT guy who tends to find the biggest talent that he can sell for a huge amount of money... And of course, this guy is always the host of the game... I want to think that he's using some kind of editor to find these talents, or is he just that good?

Could you guys help me a bit here.. how would he do it, if he's not using an editor to find these guys?

Lets say just for the fun of it... that he is not.. how would he go on about ALWAYS, every season - finding a "wonderkid"

Hire Scouts to scout Brazil & Argentina. Simple as that .

He reads forums and blogs on FM making huge lists and databases of good players for every level.

"funny thing".... its mostly regens.. I have alot of scouts out... none of them find these kinds of players... and seriously.. this during 3 seasons, he's bought 10+ talents.. 4+ star rated..

I want to call BS.. but i need proof.

He knows the regen dates for each country. So he poaches all the good ones while on trial
