Finished my first season with Napoli and think I've found a gem

So I've just finished my first season with Napoli, coming 3rd and winning the Copa Italia which I'm quite pleased about
Anyway, in the January transfer market I bought this player which I was recommended called Pablo Sarabia for 250,000 from Real Madrid. A few clubs including Man Utd, Milan, Man City and Atletico Madrid now want him from me. I think I might of bought a gem here, any of you know anything about him?

In my Napoli save, I got Rakitic for 4 mill. Greatest Box to box player ever.

Looks like he'll develop into a good pacey winger. Needs an improvement on his determination if he'll get anywhere near his potential though.

Yeah, I think he has really poor mental stats. Could turn out to be good, though. I would try to have him tutored by a player with high determination.
