Finishing training ppms to improve results ??

Is there any ppms we can get strikers to learn I remember on a previous version that if a striker had high composure you would teach him to go round a keeper and if he was high on technique you would get him to lob keepers and I'm wondering if anyone has done this on fm 16 or anything like it ??
