Fiorentina(end 2nd season)- tips/suggestion

I just have ended my second season with Fiorentina and here is my tactic and squad:




Do I need to strengthen any position?can you suggest me suite players for the first team or for back-up?

You need to improve LB, RMF and CF in my opinion, maybe not RMF though. Gilardino is ageing and if you don't have Babacar, you need to buy!
