I have created this tactic and have got pretty decent results with it (I was playing as Chelsea)

Remember to set the aim of match preparation to Teamwork until the Familiarity is full
Try this with Big Teams only.

Perhaps you could tell us something more about the tactic, not just uploading it.Have à look at the other threads and perhaps use one of them as à template. Also, as it is now, you have only shown results of 5 singled out matches, how has the rest of the results been ?
