First year in PL with Boro

Won the championship with middlesbrough first year, and im gonna need new players on almost every position to my first 11 to stay in PL.
My board dont give me so much money to buy players so i need free transfers or cheap players, but not for more than one million pounds!
I want tips on all positions!

Loan. Check City and Arsenal reserves. On my game they have likes of Wilshere and Ramsey rotting there.

thx, but i cant like loan the whole squad. last year i loaned de laet, sulejmani, van aanholt. im kind of regreting that i didnt got players that was "mine" instead...
and i have done some really bad transfers, meite, bjarnason, benachour, zairi.

Sign Smithies from Huddersfield. Less than 1m on 48month deal.

Boyata from City great CB loan
Ramsey or Wilshere Arsenal CM
ST from City loan they usually have some good striker not getting playing time on reserves.

And tell me your tactic so i can give suggestion for last loanie.
