fitness in premiership

hi, iv recently been promoted through the ranks starting in blue square premier, starting with luton .

now im with sheffield wednesday and has been promoted to premiership, anyway after the first game all my players are very tired upto next game

can anyone recommend a good training schedule to get fitness up?
 
Try Tug's or Dan's training schedules. But might also be that your training loads may be too high.
 
agree with play0rsnip3r. Bringing in a few fitness coaches with contiental reputation if possible would help increase fitness levels.
 
Is it during the pres-season?

And good fitness coaches (fitness, determination, motivation, discipline) only ensure that attribute points gained go into fitness.
