Fitness issues

My squad are not the fittest it seems by the second half my team starts getting tired and given away lots of opportunities any advice on improving fitness?

I have a fitness coach with rating of 20 and have assigned him to the fitness role. Any other tips though?

Well it's usually down to the players, they need to have good stamina or natural fitness to last a whole game, that is why many people struggle in the lower leagues. A fitness coach can't make much difference to the players natural fitness or there stamina so it is usually down to the players stats
 
cheers for the help guys, my closing down is press more, gonna take it off and see what happens
 
If you have the new patch then this will be the reason, SI tweaked the fitness side of the game, players now cover more distance. There is not much you can do but rotate your players and what the other 2 said.
