I'm a new poster so apologies if there's a thread about this that i've missed.

I've had FM09 and now got FM11 and the one thing that has always been a problem with my teams is the bad fitness, especially towards the end of the season.

Are there any tips to improve this, or completely new training schedules that i should try?

It takes time but u should make a schedule for every player and set them to high strength and aerobic.
 
dont over do it on training, set training to medium so players will be fit for matches. Also look to rotate players every now and again so then
