Guys im fairly new to the game and ever since ive started playing the fitness of my players have always been a major disappointment for me.......im currently with sheff wed and after 90 minutes 8 or 9 of my players will be roughly 60% which leads me to conceding some late goals- i sub tired players every game but still the players left on the field will kill me with late goals.

has anyone any ideas or tips for me to try combat this????
 
I rest my player after every game like if my next game is in 7 days i rest my players for 3 days
