hi peps

what do ppl usually do to keep fitness levels up??
 
attributes by incresing strength and areobic, if you're talking about their form prior to a game, if they are often tired diminish your training. Hope it helps.
 
get some mint fitness coaches and get tugs training. rest some of your key players now and again and you should'nt have any real fitness probelms. also players with a high stamina attribuate will take longer to tire out while playing matches
