Think he means Skin Cache, just tick the one that says Reload on Confirm blah blah.

the "player cam" it seems much more like a "ball cam". the cam follows the ball not any player, can be seen in the first goal, where the cam bounces up and down following the ball. but not bad.

No, just do the Preferences routine.

not working on mine either. where do i put the file just onto the main football manager section or do i need to create a new folder for it?? and do i tick skin cache or untick it??

just download it the folder is in the file when you download it.

then in FM go to prefrences untick skin cache and tick reload skin

placed in my documents/sports interactive/football manager11
went to preferences
and ticked skin cache and reload on confirm

Download the file.
Extract anywhere with WinRAR.
Once extracted, enter the folder until you find the menus folder, and just copy and paste or move it to My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\
Preferences > Display & Sound > Reload Skin on Confirm.

Don't like the player cam, too close to the players and follows the ball. The other is al-right but seems too far back.
