Fixed potential database

Hi,

I hope any of you guys can help me out here. I've been looking hard for a database file that I was using for FM12, but I can't seem to find it.

What I'm looking for is a file where all players with variable potential always get the highest possible PA that they could have.

Would really appreciate some help here. I'm sure some of you may remember the file from last years edition.

Does anyone have an idea? I would greatly appreciate any help. I don't like the fact that potential is decided upon starting a new save randomly. I want my skills as a manager determine how good a player gets.
