Flame in stand in ECC third qual 3

As title states I was playing GNK dinamo and there were two flames in the stands

Has this happened to anyone else?

It happens all the time (well quite often).

It's called a 'flare' and basically, it's like a smoke bomb but they're very common and foreign European football and games between rivals in the English Lower Leagues. They're used to make the atmosphere of the game better. They're like marmite to people but personally I love them and I don't see the harm they bring.
