Why don't you do it using the editor?
Probably due to licensing issues that they called it Flemish, that's why Schalke are called Gelsenkirchen.

No it will not, Real name fix change it from Flamengo to Flemish.

Real Name Fix fixed it for me. Not sure there is any other fix. had to install it and then start a new game - it doesn't change it for an existing game.
