Hey guys I have decided to share my tactic based on the 4-3-1-2 formation, using a very fluid philosophy. The tactic has been designed to play nice possession football and give maximum CCC, TACTICS & INSTRUCTIONS: Its a few instructions, The formation, strategy and fluidity always stay the same. PLAYER ROLES: Goalkeeper : Defend, will do his best to stop goals. Full backs : Both attack, creates movement between the lines to allow for more passing options. Centre backs : defend, simple again break up attacks and play it to more creative players. BWM: Defend, sits in the midfield & breaks up play. Centre midfielders: attack, gets up to support the SS, provides goals and link up play. SS: Attack, press defenders , main goalscoring threat. DLF: Support, Floats between the front line and the midfield, drags defenders around, creating space and scoring goals. P: Main Job is to put the ball in the back of the net
