Fluid football tactic, lacking something special! ***HELP***

Hey guys, i've made a tactic for my Southampton side and have been trying to get it right now for 2 seasons with various changes and it's just not clicking. I can't score enough and tend to concede crazily at times. Also, I seem to be getting a lot of red cards for no reason (Haven't got any tackle hard instructions on, etc.) but when I play it I do get quality football. I just need somebody to balance it out/change something but i'm fresh out of ideas! If anyone would download/test/tweak it for me, i'd be very appreciative! I'll stick it below and again, please!
