Fluid tactics but too many losses, what am I doing wrong?

I am using tactics such as Zero Sea's and the Under Pressure one, but with a powerful Liverpool side using these tactics, why am I having players under-perform at like under 6/10 and conceding too many goals and scoring less than 2 every couple of matches.

I would really appreciate an answer as I may be missing something?
