You just need to go to your User CP then Edit Signature.
Do an advanced Google search for 'rangers', but make sure the size is 500 pixels x 100 pixels.
You can then upload the picture and add the text, hope this helps

I've been doing the challenge and i'm starting to give up to say the truth! 
Far too difficult and even tho i've built a team that teorethically should make it to uefa cup i'm fighting for the relegation always.
I'm currently in the 3rd season. Below is the transfers I made.
1ST Season:
IN :
GK: Leo Franco (2.4M) / Renan Ribeiro (100K)
CB: Apam (5.5M) , N'Koulou (5M), Agus (1.5M), Vertoghen (LN 850K), Pasanen (4M)
[P.S : Apam and N'Koulou were supposed to be my main CB - They ended to be the Premier League Worsth Signings of the Year - Both of them!]
RB: Santon (1M), Miguel Torres(2M)
LB: Jeremy Mathieu (3M), Ramoncito Morales (800K)
CM: Zuculini (525K), Ekdal (LN 550k), Simone Barone (475k), Charles Kabore (1M), Daniel Andersson (1.8M)
RM: Cesar Villaluz (2.1M), Miguel Angulo (800k)
LM: Vicente(4.3M), Alexis Sanchez (4.5M)
ST: Saviola(3.6M), Kikin Fonseca(1.7M) Lavezzi (3.3M) ,Julien Quercia (1.7M)
Kikin Fonseca ,Zuculini,Vertoghen, Ramoncito Morales were signed in January.
Placed 15TH in EPL.

2ND Season:
OUT: Saviola (3M), J.Quercia(2.5M), Barone (625K), Miguel Torres(4,1M) Lavezzi (5M), Villaluz(3M), Kabore (3.4M), Kikin Fonseca (3.1M), Zuculini( LN 250K), Ramoncito Morales (325K),
IN: Ekdal (1.4M), Vukcevic (8.5M), Di Maria (7M), Jankovic (Free), Sunny (3.3M), Marquinhos (14.5M), Bojan (5.5M), Antonio Barragan (1.3M), Vertoghen (1.7M), Diego (4.5M - ST Regen) , Miranda (7.5M)
Ended Season in 12TH.
Played / Won/ Drawn/ Lost/ For/ Against/ G.D /Pts
38 / 14/ 6/ 18/ 61/ 69/ -8/ 48
Vukcevic was sold in January as he was always unhappy and underperforming.
Miranda sorted the defence partially as I was conceding less - probably the best signing.
With this team i expected to achieve a 10th place but i guess i was wrong.
3RD Season:
OUT: Vertoghen (2M) , Alexis Sanchez (12.25M), Barragan Antonio (3.5M)
IN: Ezequiel Garay (10.5M), Thiago Neves (6M), Loic Perrin (8M), Alex Teixeira (8M), Oscar Ustari (5.5M)
So far in the season i'm 16th.
Played / Won/ Drawn/ Lost/ For/ Against/ G.D /Pts
13 / 4/ 2/ 7/ 22/ 32/ -10/ 14
Having also the worst defence. If you want i'll update with tactics i have been using.
Also its good to note that in both 1St and 2Nd season i have 10 - 12 matches without a win.

Goals in Year 2 have been tougher as well. Screenshot attached.
Great challenge, probably the best I've played.

This is way too difficult and disappointing.
Doing the challenge for the third time and the same thing is happening over and over again. I'm getting offers for my top players and everytime i decline they get unhappy or unsettled.
I'm in my third season and although this season i only made one signing (Diego) , so squad should be used to each other, i lost 2-0 to Man U (which is acceptable) and then lost 4-1 to Tottenham (which is very unacceptable... i have a much better squad as quality...)
I will try to end this season. If i don't get into UEFA i'll stop here and when this frustration leaves me i'll try it again.

i know what you mean about that, in my game i started all my players wanted to leave uncluding my captain mr scott parker, my 2 main strikers in Uche and Lavezzi and my best player Leo. I have some screenshots to load up but was hard, im a few seasons past now because i continued but i was sacked like the end of my 2nd season and joined leeds in the championship, in 2 seasons ive got them promotion to prem. Hitting the playoffs 2 years running but losing once

how much of a challange is this? I have been a bit bored lately on everything ive been doing and I want a moderate challange that will keep me interested for a bit.
