FM 11.2 Patch error

I just downloaded the new patch and when started a new game as MUTD the board wouldn't give as a transfer budget because it is "high enough already". I tried playing as different teams but it was the same thing. Can anyone help?

You think the board not giving you basically unlimited amounts of money is a error or a bug?

It's a normal part of the game.

dude, this always happens, that is the limit, sell players to raise it, it will happen with any team you start with... its normal and its not the patch

The only way you could try to increase the transfer budget, is to edit the wage bill. But as above, it's not the patch. Just sell players

Ask for wage budget increase, then move it to transfers
