FM 14 Editor - The database is empty, nothing there, how do i load the database?

Hello!
When i launch my fm 14 editor there is absolutely nothing there, its totally empty. I want to edit a few teams, put a few players around, create a player etc. The game works fine, i just dont know how to access the database in the editor. Help please!

do you click, load database from the dropdown? it will load the default, it doesnt automatically start up with it loaded.
