FM 14 - Staff importance

Hi there,
So i've been playing since 2002, and while i'm no expert at all I have been wondering for a long time if the staff (coaches, physiotherapeuts) etc have a noticable impact on the game. I mean of course they are not implemented for no reason at all, but I have a hard time wondering if you have noticed any difference when you signed well-qualified staff to your team?

I hate signing coaches with low adaptability if they cannot speak the language.

Myself I've been playing since 97 and I can remember reading that somewhere but forgot where. I'm probably wrong but oh well. I still find it harder to lose than to win so it might pay to take my advice ;D

I always want quality assitent manager and quality scouts, even when i'm a lower league team.
It makes it so much easier, to rate your own players and other players, but also because your ***-man can do opponent strategies.
I think quality trainers help with developing, but more important with learning PPM's, but i'm not sure about those.
