If u guys are using monster and u think u are conceding goals in the end of the game .use away and underdog once u take the lead but change the mentality to attacking . its some what similar to the monster .both can do wonders.
 
Problems at Monster and Away/underdog it's that you don't use Falcao/Riviere/Martial, and with 0transfers it's hard first season :p

i will manage them till January and than sell them or will train them to play in amc . No matter how good a player is if i cant play him in the tactics they are of no use
 
i dont know why, but from what i experienced with monaco, they are really weak at defense in fm14. tried it with tiki taka - conceeding goals very easy, but falcao was scoring machine :D

just started the new game with monaco ....will give it a go . did u did any transfers or no transfers ......
 
in tiki-taka i switched overload to attacking as same as away version and home version is starting with high defensive line but in away version using deep.im playing with away tactic at home sometimes that depends my opposition i ve started a new game with schalke ill post my schalke experience too
 
For me, the first season, no transfer for play like a real (but when irl it's january, i buy same player that real for don't wait a update march :p)

edit: if a day you have time for to create tactic for monaco i'm happy :p


Edit2: It's your first tactic that falcao is my first goaler (usually it's james or ocampos and abidal)

Switch to Counter when winning by 2+ goals

okay guys i started season with Monaco using monster and away and underdog....... will play with no transfers till January
 
i am trying to play with a tweak for monster to concede less goals ...will see how it goes
 
testing monster with man city atm, im gonna have to sell the strikers though ,im 15 games in and they are all mad they arent playing, ive tried retraining them as well

LOL YES ... i am going thru the same situation with Monaco .they have really bad defenders and i have to train the strikers to play as AMC
 
i have started ut whit the tiki taka and pre season it seems to work.
Havent lost a single match yet.
But does any know a good striker who can blend in straight awey pref a around age of 23 and higher have wantign to pay aroun 5-7.5 if needed
