Jassar, m8, u should definitely work over urs 442, really :).
first because i love this formation ;).
and second, and it's more important, i also have some amazing results with it, achieved quaterfinal World Cup with Chile, lost with Brazil, they were just umbeatable, and just won with Skrill South middle-table team against League 1 team :). am gonna play full season in Skrill South and keep u posted with results :).

thnaks mate i will look to work that out ....i have one more tactics that i was working on for the last 5 days and finally i think its going somewhere

and as now for now i am working on my PC with my new tactics and on my laptop i am playing a season with skippmeister's tactics.
 
@bartvador, can u put SS of urs fixture m8? am curious ur results with 442 :).

yes i will definitely look forward to tweak the tactics a little bit and than its all testing .i need some more feedback from u ,Xper and abbes about how ur season went with it .that will provide me some more feedback for the tactics tweak

It seems that this tac is solid in defense but little bit to weak with creative and attack.
Best striker in my team and also in Premier League - Carlos Fierro has shot 20 goals. Its not much for a full season. For example on FM13 with MW13 Falcao has beat a record with 40 goals in league on 1 season ...
I know FM14.2 its not the best fm edition lately ...

I think you should try to add more creativity to the central midfield and attack formation and mix the roles (BWM+CM and F9+CF for example).
The wings are working good - left winger has 15 assists and 7.73 season stats and right winger (Ocampos) 6 *** and 6 goals with 7.42 stats.
Defense formation is working great. We've conceded smallest amount of goals in the league and all defenders has season stats above 7.5

Hey again guys.. As you all saw in my previous post, i was showing you my results with the IMPOSSIBLE RIGID tactic with everton.
I won the league with no signings and lukaku was topscorer with 33 goals in the league.

and yes it was a save in the 14.2 patch.
SO that made me wonder, does the 4-2-3-1 really work?
After i spoke to jassar, i decided to test it again with everton to see if it only was a lucky save. But nope... it showed great results in a season with no signings as well.

ATM i am still testing it, and im doing it with liverpool.

as u can see its the start of the season, and the 2 losses was because i was using a different tactic in the beginning of the season. But after i switched to test the RIGID it made good results as promised and just look at SUAREZ!!! i dont know what to say.
 
But then again... i only tried to succeed with everton and probably going to with liverpool. So i dont know if its working outside the prem. and it might need some tweaks if its going to be 100%.

But winning with everton first season 2 saves in a row, and making it work with liverpool as well so far, it might be working for you as well.

Im gonna post again when i have played some more games with liverpool.

results underline are after tweaks,
i changed roles of MCR (from BWM to AP-attack) and STR (from F9 to AF) + added few things in player instructions to both MC'ss and ST's, nothing in defence, wings or team instructions because i think it's working very good.

worth to add that am 12th media pred.

now am going sleep, it's 6am in Poland ;o. further test when i get up :).

m8, could uplz post a link for downloading tactic after tweaks? 'cuz I couldn't get a win oer Braintree in Skrill premier
