Well gratz for ur tactics.Im using 14.2 MW .The original was good but after i changed my both strikers to Complete Forward role with those instructions : shoot less often,move into channels,mark tighter,tackle harder and pass it shorter for both of them i am scoring ALOT ! Now my strikers score much more goals than before and the tactic its way better for me.Many CCC / game . And i dont remember if the original tactic has the option "Work ball in the box" .If it has it its ok , if not tick this instruction.Dont remember exactly if the original has it.Good luck guys and thanks for this tactic !
PS: And the defense its solid aswell so those tweaks didnt influenced the tactic for me and the tweaks work on both versions of the tactic : home and away.

sir, i have a question about individual training for GK
i can't see reflex training.
please somebody help me?

am so tired of this patch 14.2... so tired, that i can't even swear on it any more.
how almost every match look like? u will shooting, and shooting, 40 times, 22 gonna be in target. and u don't score even one goal. next, ur opponent, even if it'll be 5 classes weaker team than urs, gonna have corner. ***! goal for them. after next few minutes (or seconds) they'll have next corner, or freekick, and? BANG! goal for them. and what's gonna happen next? they will kick ball over ur defence, even if u're sitting back, even if urs defenders have 20 heading, jumping, anticipation and pace and their striker have 9 pace with 5 finishing and 8 composure, and what? and they'll score. and ***! u'll lost that game 0-3. and statistics gonna look like - u 40shots(22 in target), them 4shots (3 in target). ofcourse, sometimes u'll have good games too, maybe even some win streak. but then u had that game again.
or maybe it's only my personal experience with that game?

This is football, but ... but it's true sometimes strange situations occur.
 
yeah, i know that this is football, and u can win 2-1 if u're losing 0-1 in 90min. even on Champ League final level, but..
those things what i can see in FM with latest patch are not realistic, at all.

U mean u want to do reflex training ....or u want to ask that weather u can use reflex training as individual training

I know mate it happened to me so many times ....I just keep trying until I am sacked or start winning
 
Sent you a mail. I think I have it cracked, using some of your team instruction concepts. Kept formation etc intact. Have a look dude, sent you some results as well.
